These terms govern your use of the PROSHOT Adventures website and services. By using the site, booking a shoot, or holding a membership you agree to these terms.
Services
PROSHOT Adventures provides clay target shooting experiences, memberships, coaching, range bookings, and related events at our Muldersdrift facility. Availability of specific disciplines and stands depends on the day's schedule and weather.
Bookings and payment
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
- Pricing on the site may change; the price quoted at booking applies.
- Cancellation and rescheduling rules are communicated with each booking confirmation.
Safety and conduct
Clay shooting involves firearms and live ammunition. You agree to follow all range commands, signage, and Master at Arms instructions at all times. We may refuse service or remove anyone who behaves unsafely, while intoxicated, or contrary to range rules.
Membership
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Member benefits (e.g. discounted rounds, access to member competitions) apply while your membership is active and dues are paid.
Intellectual property
The site, branding, photographs, and written content are owned by PROSHOT Adventures or licensed to us. You may share article links freely; copying or republishing content requires written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, PROSHOT Adventures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
